Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@playfourseats.com. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging; the factory seal or protective plastic on Mahjong tiles must remain intact unless the opened-item exception applies.

Opened but unused, complete, undamaged, resalable products may be accepted after inspection with a 15% restocking fee. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. Customers pay ordinary return shipping; Four Seats covers reasonable return or replacement shipping for confirmed quality issues, damage, or shipping errors.
