Yes. All five Four Seats tile designs—Club, Parlor, Getaway, Resort, and Orchard—are made for American Mahjong play. Each set includes 160 tiles. Standard American Mahjong play uses 152 tiles; before play, set aside the 6 blank tiles and 2 extra jokers.

Every set includes 160 premium acrylic American Mahjong tiles, 2 dice, and one complimentary large-capacity storage bag. Free beginner PDF guides are available online at no charge. Racks, mats, and pushers are not included unless they are expressly listed as part of a bundle.

Standard tile size for all collections: 0.9” Width × 0.6” Depth × 1.25” Height, the ideal handheld size for long game nights without hand fatigue.

All five use the same 160-tile breakdown and 0.9” W × 0.6” D × 1.25” H tile size, and each includes 2 dice and a complimentary large-capacity storage bag. Their face artwork, back colors, layered finishes, and number of available colorways differ.

Our tiles use layered solid acrylic. Pearl, swirl, glow, or glitter effects come from the acrylic used in the tile backs and edges; they are separate from the face artwork. The face artwork is created with laser engraving and UV printing. As with any acrylic product, protect the tiles from abrasive surfaces, harsh cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Replacement tiles are handled case by case and are not currently sold as a standard add-on. Email hello@playfourseats.com with your order number and clear photos of the tile and set. We will confirm availability, color matching, and price before any payment; an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Wipe tiles gently with a soft damp microfiber cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive scrub pads or alcohol-based sprays, which may dull the pearl/glitter finish over time. Store tiles in a clean, dry protective container or pouch when not in use.

The face artwork is laser engraved and UV printed. These surfaces can still show wear if repeatedly rubbed against abrasive materials or exposed to harsh cleaners. To preserve color and surface clarity, use a soft mat, avoid abrasive surfaces and alcohol-based cleaners, and keep the tiles away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Yes. The clear acrylic tiles are suitable for lessons, weekly club games, and experienced players. For standard American Mahjong play, use 152 tiles by setting aside the 6 blank tiles and 2 extra jokers. League and tournament requirements can vary, so confirm the current rules and annual card required by your organizer.

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Eligible regular products and the Four Seats Sample Tile Pack receive free tracked U.S. shipping and are estimated to arrive 10–15 business days after dispatch. Tracking updates are provided in English. Express delivery for eligible regular products, estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch, is available for USD $85 at checkout. Eligible U.S. orders ship DDP, which means Four Seats pays applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, and brokerage fees. You will not be asked to pay import fees when an eligible order is delivered. Any applicable sales tax is calculated separately at checkout.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused, complete, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. You may open the package and remove protective wrapping solely to inspect and count the contents. No restocking fee applies. Customers pay return shipping for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Yes. Opening a regular product solely to inspect and count the contents does not disqualify an eligible return. The product must remain unused, complete, undamaged, and be returned with all original packaging and accessories. No restocking fee applies.

Email hello@playfourseats.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, shipping carton, shipping label, and issue. Once confirmed, Four Seats will cover all return and replacement shipping costs and provide a replacement, complete the missing items, arrange an appropriate repair, or issue a refund at no additional cost.

After you approve the final production proof in writing, Creator Lab custom products are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This does not apply to a Four Seats production error, verified quality defect, damage in transit, or a finished product that materially differs from the approved proof.
