Yes. All FOUR SEATS tile collections (The Club Table, Parlor Table, Getaway Table) are designed for American Mahjong play. Each Four Seats set includes 160 tiles. Standard American Mahjong play uses 152 tiles; before play, set aside the 6 blank tiles and 2 extra jokers.

Each set contains 160 acrylic mahjong tiles, plus a dice & coin storage bag and 4 American mahjong instructional reference cards. No racks, mats or pushers are included in the base tile pack; matching table accessories will be sold separately as they become available.

Standard tile size for all collections: 0.9” Width × 0.6” Depth × 1.25” Height, the ideal handheld size for long game nights without hand fatigue.

  All three lines share identical tile specs, material and included accessories — only the front tile artwork style differs.

Our tiles use layered solid acrylic with integrated pearl swirl or stardust glitter material rather than a surface-printed coating. The color effect is integrated into the material, which helps it resist peeling and fading with normal use. As with any acrylic product, protect the tiles from abrasive surfaces, harsh cleaners, and prolonged direct sunlight.

Replacement tiles are handled case by case and are not currently sold as a standard add-on. Email hello@playfourseats.com with your order number and clear photos of the tile and set. We will confirm availability, color matching, and price before any payment; an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Wipe tiles gently with a soft damp microfiber cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive scrub pads or alcohol-based sprays, which may dull the pearl/glitter finish over time. Store tiles in a clean, dry protective container or pouch when not in use.

The tile artwork is integrated into the acrylic rather than surface-printed, helping it resist normal wear from shuffling and stacking. To preserve color and surface clarity, use a soft mat, avoid abrasive surfaces or cleaners, and keep the tiles away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Absolutely. Every pack includes 4 simplified instructional cards explaining American mahjong tile values and basic play rules, and all tile artwork is large, clear and easy for new players to distinguish. It is an ideal starter gift for learners, new club members or friends who want to start hosting game nights.

Yes. The clear acrylic tiles are suitable for lessons, weekly club games, and experienced players. For standard American Mahjong play, use 152 tiles by setting aside the 6 blank tiles and 2 extra jokers. League and tournament requirements can vary, so confirm the current rules and annual card required by your organizer.

Current tile-set orders ship in secure protective packaging. The premium gift-box packaging shown in some product photos is planned for late August 2026 and is not included with current orders. Gift messages are not currently available as a checkout add-on. Email hello@playfourseats.com before ordering if you need help, and we will confirm what is possible.

You may request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@playfourseats.com. Items must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging; the factory seal or protective plastic on Mahjong tiles must remain intact unless the opened-item exception applies. Customers pay return shipping for ordinary returns. Read the full Returns & Refunds Policy.

An opened regular product may be accepted after inspection if it is unused, complete, undamaged, and suitable for resale. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Products with missing parts, signs of use, customer-caused damage, or packaging damage that prevents resale are not eligible.

Email hello@playfourseats.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item, shipping carton, shipping label, and the problem. Four Seats covers reasonable return or replacement shipping for confirmed damage, quality issues, defects, or shipping errors.

After you approve the final production proof in writing, Creator Lab custom products are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. This does not apply to a Four Seats production error, verified quality defect, damage in transit, or a finished product that materially differs from the approved proof.
