Turn a Meaningful Image Into a Complete Mahjong Set

Begin with an image that carries meaning—a family archive, local landmark, original artwork, brand story, or cultural reference. Four Seats redraws the source as production-ready vector artwork, develops a cohesive Mahjong tile system, and prepares the approved direction for sampling and manufacturing.

Stage 01 · Available now

Design Development · $250

Source-image review, vector redrawing, visual-direction development, and translation of the approved direction into a cohesive Mahjong artwork system. This non-refundable fee pays for professional design work and is not a product deposit.

Stage 02 · After written approval

Sample Development · $400

This stage begins only after the design direction is approved. Four Seats sends an official Draft Order invoice. Additional samples, major changes, tooling, testing, courier charges, customs, and duties are quoted separately unless expressly included in writing.

Approval invoice only
Stage 03 · After sample approval

Production · Separate quote

The final unit price depends on materials, artwork complexity, finishes, packaging, quantity, testing requirements, and delivery destination. Production begins only after written approval and the agreed production payment.

Tell us enough to connect your payment to the right project.

Your company and project details are attached to the Shopify order, so Four Seats can continue by email or WhatsApp without losing the design context.

After checkout, send the source image itself by email or WhatsApp. Please do not place confidential image links inside this form.

Stage 2 is not sold directly on this page. After written design approval, Four Seats will issue the official $400 sample-development invoice.

Before you begin

Clear stages protect both the creative work and the production decision.

  • You must own the submitted image or have documented permission to use it.
  • The included deliverables and revision scope are confirmed in the written project brief.
  • New creative directions or major changes outside the approved brief are quoted separately.
  • Neither service fee is credited toward production unless a written Four Seats quotation expressly says otherwise.
  • Production pricing and payment are separate from these professional service fees.
